Commissions are restricted to eligible first paid annual Premium provider-tools plan purchases for a doctor or clinic listing owned by the purchaser, attributed to an approved affiliate and subject to payment/refund review and administrator approval. No commission is paid for patient referrals, patient leads, enquiries, appointments, consultations, treatments, prescriptions, clinical decisions, ordinary products, offline/manual conversions, recruiting affiliates, or multi-tier/upline referrals. Affiliate activity must not influence clinical advice or the selection of a healthcare provider.
